资源简介:
Microalgae are primary producers in aquatic ecosystems, which can effectively use sunlight for their own photosynthesis, while efficiently using water, carbon dioxide and inorganic salts to synthesize organic matter required for their own growth and metabolism, and can also provide life activities and energy for other organisms. The synthetic phenolic antioxidant BHT is unstable and widely used in the environment, and can be released into the environment through various ways, posing a potential threat to aquatic organisms and the water environment. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the response of microalgae and their interalgal bacteria to BHT for evaluating the ecological risk of pollutants to water environment. In this study, Phaeodactylum tricornutum was selected as the experimental object to investigate the effects of different concentrations of BHT on the growth physiological indexes and oxidative stress of P. tricornutum, and to explore and verify the transcriptome-based analysis of the response mechanism of P. tricornutum to BHT. Finally, the response of interalgal bacteria to BHT was investigated.
