Unpredictable chronic stress does not alter social behavior in zebrafish

This repository contains the raw behavioral data and associated analytical materials supporting the study “Unpredictable chronic stress does not alter social behavior in zebrafish”. The dataset comprises individual-level and group-level measures collected across two independent experiments examining the effects of a 14-day unpredictable chronic stress (UCS) protocol.

The repository includes:

Raw data from the social preference test;

Raw data from the shoal cohesion test;

Raw data from the novel tank test;

Experimental group assignments (UCS vs. control);

Files and analysis code used for effect size estimation;

Original image files used for shoal cohesion assessment.

All experimental procedures were conducted in accordance with institutional and ethical guidelines for the care and use of animals.
