The E. coli RP4 plasmid of conjugative mobile element was added or not added to the leaves, and the mulberry leaves were fed to silkworms. During this process, the changes of the microbial community from mulberry leaves to excrementunder different treatments were determined, so as to clarify the effect of RP4 on evolution of microorganisms community leaves from mulberry to excrement.
