资源简介:
The purpose of the experiment is to determine crystal structures, establish thermal stability of the network and phase changes occurring during desolvation and host-guest structures of gases adsorbed in the pores of lanthanide-organic frameworks with bifunctional organic linkers. The coordination chemistry of lanthanide ions is very flexible, where variable coordination numbers in the range 7-9 can occur for the same ion. The framework stability of lanthanide-MOFs typically depends on how many of the coordinating donor atoms are solvent molecules and how the network reacts to any change in solvent coordination. Variable temperature powder X-ray diffraction experiments will be used to observe and solve the crystal structures of transient phase changes during desolvation. Variable temperature powder X-ray diffraction experiments under specific gas atmosphere will be used to obtain X-ray diffraction isobars and elucidate the host-guest structures.
