The transcriptomic changes caused by BPA on canine adipose-derived stem cells (cADSCs) during differentiation were investigated in this study. The transcriptomic profiles were investigated using RNA-sequencing. Overall design: For the chemical treatment, 1 × 10^5 cADSC cells/well were seeded into six-well plates in DMEM culture medium containing 10% FBS and 1% antibiotic-antimycotic. After 2 days, cADSCs were induced with differentiation media (1 µM dexamethasone, 200 nM rosiglitazone, and 10 µg/mL insulin) with or without BPA (1 nM or 1 µM for in vitro assays whereas 1 µM for RNA-sequencing experiment ). The differentiation was induced for 14 days.
