Single cell sequencing data from Liu, Spalinger et al., Nat Commun 2026 [insert link when published]. This repository contains the mouse single cell sequencing data and an anonymized set of Seurat objects of the human single cell sequencing data (see below for file descriptions). Human single cell count matrices are available under restricted access due to the data privacy. Access can be obtained by contacting Prof. Samuel Huber (s.huber@uke.de), who aims to respond to requests within 3 work days and to provide the data within one month after a data transfer agreement has been signed by both parties.
File descriptions:
[Control/JAKinhibitor]_GEX_raw.tar - Archive of raw fastq files from mouse single cell sequencing<br>
[Control/JAKinhibitor]_processed.tar - Archive of filtered barcode matrix files after Cellranger processing from mouse single cell sequencing<br>
Mouse_JAKi_SCS.rds - Seurat object from mouse single cell sequencing.<br>
Human_Upadacitinib_SCS.rds - Seurat object of full data set from human single cell sequencing. Note: patient IDs are removed for patient privacy protection.<br>
Human_IL1B_producing_clusters.rds - Seurat object of IL1B producing clusters from human single cell sequencing. Note: patient IDs are removed for patient privacy protection.<br>
