Exploring iterative and non-iterative Fourier series-based methods of control optimization in application to a discontinuous capsule drive model - research data
收藏资源简介:
The research data are associated with the paper titled "Exploring iterative and non-iterative Fourier series-based methods of control optimization in application to a discontinuous capsule drive model". Both, the paper and the corresponding data provide evidence highlighting the superior efficiency of the iterative method compared to the non-iterative approach in optimizing capsule drives, where stick-slip discontinuity resulting from dry friction appears. The iterative approach guarantees a non-decreasing quality of solutions during successive iterations of the optimization procedure, while it cannot be provided by the non-iterative one. It is expected that the presented results will facilitate research in the optimal control field, especially within mechanical systems, in which discontinuities induced by impacts, dry friction and other phenomena occur.
