<b>Exchange of spectral effects between the hearts and environment</b><br><b><br></b>This article presents a dynamic mechanism of mutual effects between individuals by hearts and chakras,which are classified as a parapsychological phenomena. This research also has shown explained the mechanism of perceptionandcommunication between each of theperipheral parts of the body in coincides with the heart and brain; andthe impact of each other, so the heart affected by hypocrisy will affect the role of the frontal cortex, which isactiveduring uncertainty.
