Gene expression profiling of LLC-OVA tumors treated with gemcitabine, OVA and Imiquimod combinations in C57BL/6J mice

To identify factors associated with the superior antitumor activity of the vaccine + gemcitabine combination, we collected tumors after a single treatment cycle and we performed an RNAseq study. Overall design: Comparison of different tumor treatment groups: Untreated (UT) (n=2), vaccinated (VAC) (n=3), gemcitabine (GEM) treated (n=3) and combination of vaccine + gemcitabine (VG) treated mice (n=3).
