R code for multi-level model of long commutes in the UK Annual Population Survey 2012-2018

Coded documents which explain the methodology and R code used to perform a multi-level regression of long commutes to work using data from the UK Annual Population Survey. Specifically, R code is documented and explained that: builds a pooled cross section from the UK Office for National Statistics' Annual Population Survey (APS) for the years 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2021; and, runs a multi-level logistic regression model of the probability of workers commuting 45 minutes or longer for the period 2012-2018. The model includes a measure of regional housing affordability as a predictor. The software used is R and Rstudio. The survey data is referenced but not reproduced here.
