Transcriptomes of resistant and susceptible Camellia oleifera cultivars before and after infection with Colletotrichum gloeosporioides

Two year old cutting Tea oil trees (Camellia oleifera Abel.) of the resistant cultivar clone CL150 and the susceptible cultivar clone CL102 were grown in the Climate Chamber. Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was cultivated for 7 days to make 5 mm fungus cake. The inoculation is carried out on the third and fourth new leaves (from top to bottom), and 3 plants were repeated. Control plants were covered with sterile PDA. 500 mg of leaves were collected 72 hours after inoculation, three biological repeats per treatment, and the control was the same.
