资源简介:

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) systems become a worldwide strategy to generate income for community and expand business connections. However, MLM companies sometime face trouble such as broken products from manufacturer or due to shipping. Therefore, an integrated approach by combining Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique of Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to optimize MLM business operations. This study evaluates business processes of a company by interviewing the corporate executives and to reveal the problem. To solve this, BPMN As-Is were reconstructed to BPMN To-Be by using Bizagi Modeler. AHP-TOPSIS framework purpose is to determine the best process alternative. AHP method used to establish criteria weights based on pairing matrices, meanwhile TOPSIS method used to rank the redesigned alternatives. Therefore, the results obtained by using TOPSIS method are A1=0,0000; A2=0,9998; and A3=0,6647. This paper demonstrate that the most effective alternative is A2 = To-Be 1 (First alternative) because it has the highest score within A1 = As-is and A3 = To-Be 2 (Second alternative). Theoretical implication proved that integration between AHP and TOPSIS are effective and in practical implication, this proposed framework provides an insight to MLM companies to improve their company. This study supports the optimization of medium level company, aligning with Sustainable Development Growth (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
