The data is associated with the novel design of a catalytic combustor for syngas. The high-fidelity simulations were employed to test different scenarios for heterogeneous combustion of syngas on different catalytic surfaces (palladium, rhodium and palladium oxides). Different grades of syngas combustion over different catalyst types such as: pellet shapes and reactor bed types have been tested. Our design is able to proceed the combustion at near stochiometric condition at a low temperature (1500 K).
本数据集与合成气催化燃烧器的新型设计密切相关。通过采用高保真模拟,对合成气在不同催化表面(钯、铑及其氧化物)上的异相燃烧进行不同情景的测试。已对不同等级的合成气在不同催化剂类型(如颗粒形状和反应器床层类型)上的燃烧进行了检验。我们的设计能够在低温(1500 K)下,近乎化学计量条件下推进燃烧过程。
