High throughput sequencing technology was adopted for transcriptome sequencing of PFOA treated and untreated A549 cells. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between treatment group and control group were analyzed by using the R package “Limma” with |logFC| ≥1 and p < 0.05 as the screening threshold. Pathway enrichment analysis were performed with the “clusterprofiler” package in the R software.
