To characterize the mesothelial cell-mediated changes of gene expression in ovarian cancer cells, we performed RNA sequencing in OVCAR8 cells with and without mesothelial cell co-culture. Overall design: OVCAR8 cells were indirectly co-cultured with mesothelial cells. Total RNA from the co-cultured OVCAR8 cells and OVCAR8 monoculture was extracted using Trizol and sujected to RNA-seq analysis
