Molecular mechanism and Transcriptomic response in the interaction of Banana bunchy top virus (BBTV) and its vector banana aphid (Pentalonia nigronervosa) had been poorly understood and remains unknown. Two set of transcriptome data were reported here which were banana aphid, reared on BBTV-infected (Vr) and BBTV-free (NVr) banana plant . Transcriptome data analysis of Viruliferous (Vr) and Non Viruliferous (NVr) banana aphid in the form of differentially gene expression may facilitating the molecular understanding on the interaction between BBTV and banana aphid , including the transmission factors, which is essential for downstream analysis, which may supporting the BBTV management
