Globodera spp. WGS sequencing and assembly, and targeted sequencing of HYP loci

Globodera rostochiensis 'Ro1' and Globodera pallida 'Lindley' were sequenced using Oxford Nanopore and their genomes were assembled. No amplification targetted sequencing of HYP loci (HYP1 and HYP3 genes) was performed using Cas9-enrichment followed by Oxford Nanopore sequencing for a population of juveniles from Globodera rostochiensis 'Ro1' and Globodera pallida 'Newton'. Amplicon sequencing of HYP1 and HYP3 genes amplified via barcoded PCR from single nematodes was performed using Pacbio HiFi.
