Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Stanford Road, Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex, October 2019

This collection consists of images, spreadsheets, reports, site record data and a vector graphic from an archaeological evaluation by Archaeology South-East. Work occurred on land at Stanford Road, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, in October 2019. A total of 26 trial trenches were investigated, five of which were found to contain a low density of archaeological remains comprising three ditches, two gullies and a pit. These appear to relate to agricultural activities such as land division and drainage within a landscape of fields.
