To identify and analyze the global gene expression dataset in flower development, single-petal (SP), double-petal (DP) and multi-petal (MP) phenotypes were used for transcriptomic sequencing, with three flower development stage, the elucidation of the regulatory relationship of flower growth control genes was studied for understanding the genetic control of flower organ development.
