为探究接触蛋白相关蛋白4(CNTNAP4)在γ-氨基丁酸能传递(GABAergic transmission)调控中的功能,我们通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术,对野生型(wild-type,以下简称WT)与CNTNAP4基因敲除雌性小鼠的基底外侧杏仁核(basolateral amygdala)进行了转录组测序分析。本研究利用WT及CNTNAP4敲除(CNTNAP4-/-)小鼠的RNA-seq数据,完成了基因表达谱分析。
