File List autologistic_wintle.zip -- a zip file comprising the file autologistic_wintle.odc Description autologistic_wintle.odc contains WinBUGS code for running the autologistic model described in Appendix D of this paper. The code will run in WinBUGS 14 and OpenBUGS. The data required to run the model is also given in the file. Note that the model is quite slow to run. On my laptop (Dell Latitutde with Pentium 4 processor and 1 gig RAM) the model takes 250 seconds to complete 1000 iterations. It is at least twice as fast on more modern desktop computers with 2gig RAM. The reason for the long runtime on this model is the number of cells in the landscape. Each variable and the observation data contain 208*253 = 52624 cells. Utilizing a larger neighborhood in the autologistic term will further increase runtime.
