16 S metagenomics was performed on total DNA isolated from stool samples. These include GD Gestational diabetic, NPD Non pregnant diabetic, NPND Non pregnant non diabetic, PND pregnant non diabetic. The aim is to unveil bacterial community composition and diversity among gut microbiome in above O4 types of individuals.
