CytoSignal example dataset

For the CytoSignal tutorial, we provide Slide-tags snRNA-seq data on mouse embryonic E14 brain. Orignal data can be accessed from Single-Cell Portal at SCP2170. Orignal work by Andrew J. C. Russell et al., 2023.Cleaning applied:Matrix data was converted into an R-interpretable sparse matrix object (dgCMatrix).Only barcodes in the intersection between the annotation and the expression matrix are kept for use.For the VeloCytoSignal tutorial, we provide Slide-seq V2 data on mouse E15 brain. Original data can be accessed from Single-Cell Portal at SCP815. Original work by Robert R. Stickels et al., 2020. We provide the original spliced and unspliced counts and clusters, spliced and unspliced velocity data produced with VeloVAE, and constructed CytoSignal object with basic analysis already performed.
