Supplement data for analyzing risk transmission in renewable energy incidents

Datasets for building REI-BNs,<b>1.REI datasets(.csv):</b> two datasets with massive renewable energy incidents are used, one is hand-annotated and the other is unsupervised, both of them are collected from several news websites.<b>2.REI ontology(.owl): </b>an ontology with well-defined REI risk elements and subjects that widely distribute in renewable energy systems, social systems, and ecosystems.<b>3. Extracted quintuplets(.json):</b> entities and relations extracted from the REI datasets via the StanfordOpenIE5.1 system.
