Glaucoma is the most common cause of irreversible blindness. To investigate phenotypic and functional changes of microglia in the retinas of patients with glaucoma, this dataset includes single-cell RNA sequencing expression matrices of retinal microglia from three patients with glaucoma and three healthy controls. In the present study, only data from the three glaucoma patients were extracted and analyzed. We identified a disease-associated microglia （DAM） in the glaucomatous retina.
