Whole genome sequencing was performed on the human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) derived from tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) patients with or without DiGeorge Syndrome. Single cell RNA sequencing were then subsequently performed on the cardiac progenitors and the cardiomyocytes (CM) derived from patient-specific hiPSC. The electrophysiological profile of patient-specific-hiPSC-CM was assessed with the construction of cardiac anisotropic sheet (CAS).
