为保证草莓安全性,需要对草莓农药残留多菌灵含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,草莓中多菌灵最高限量值为0.5mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域草莓含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中多菌灵含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目多菌灵的含量数据。3.将以上检测数据对比国标GB 23200.121-2021 《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 液相色谱—质谱联用法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

To ensure the safety of strawberries, it is necessary to control the carbendazim residue content in strawberries. According to the National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021), the maximum allowable limit of carbendazim in strawberries is 0.5 mg/kg. This dataset is mainly used to monitor the carbendazim content indicators of strawberries in the circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing regulatory basis for relevant supervision departments. 1. Data collection: The data is collected from spot-check samples obtained from markets in Zhuji City; 2. Calculation of detection values: The detection values of spot-check products from local markets are calculated using the following formula: $X = frac{C imes V imes f imes k}{m imes 1000}$ Where: X refers to the content of the target component in the test sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); C refers to the carbendazim content in the sample test solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V refers to the constant volume of the sample test solution, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m refers to the mass of the test sample, with the unit of grams (g); f is the dilution factor; k is equal to 1. The content data of the test item carbendazim can thus be obtained. 3. Data verification: The above detection data are compared with the data requirements specified in the National Food Safety Standard: Determination of 331 Pesticides and Their Metabolite Residues in Plant-derived Foods by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GB 23200.121-2021). Samples with detection values within the specified limit are qualified, while those exceeding the limit are unqualified.
