Study methods and descriptive characteristics of SCCIS and sBCC patients and tumors that were treated with topical 5-fluorouracil 5% cream (5-FU) and all other modalities (electrodessication and curettage, laser and curettage, cryotherapy +/- curettage, Mohs surgery, shave removal, or surgical excision). Data was gathered through a retrospective chart review of patients seen at the University of Massachusetts Department of Dermatology from 2008-2012.
