资源简介:
Here you can find the recollection of raw data from the paper “Galectin-9 binding to HLA-DR in dendritic cells controls immune synapse formation and T cell proliferation” (DOI: 10.1073/pnas.2501381122). This study shows that intracellular galectin-9 interacts with the cytoplasmic domains of HLA-DR on dendritic cells to organize immune synapse formation, which is essential for effective CD4⁺ T-cell activation and proliferation. We further demonstrate that loss of galectin-9 impairs stable dendritic cell-T cell contacts and diminishes antitumor immune responses in vivo, highlighting galectin-9’s role in orchestrating adaptive immunity.
The data is obtained from multiple experimental sources, including Flow cytometry, (live cell) imaging/microscopy, western blots, mass spectometry, ELISA, and NMR. The raw data is collected and organized into different folders, according to the other they appear in the manuscript. When experiments were acquired at different time points, multiple folders are provided (for example, “Figure2A_mice1-2” and “Figure2A_mice3-4” indicate independent biological replicates from different animals). A metadata Excel file is included in most folders as a reference describing sample identity, experimental conditions, and data formats.
Please refer to the document "Documentation files_v2" for more details about the data organization.
