We examine the transcription response of murine CD4+ T cell cultured under Th0 condition (anti-CD3; anti-CD28; IL-2), treated with DMSO, isoalloLCA (20 uM) for 48 hrs, or in the presence of TGFbeta (0.25 ng/mL). We compare the differential genes regulated by isoalloLCA and TGFbeta. Overall design: Examination of isoalloLCA induced transcriptional change compare to TGFbeta induced transcriptional change in CD4+ conventional T cells.
