资源简介:
Ambient temperature significantly affects developmental timing in animals. The temperature sensitivity of embryogenesis is generally believed to be a consequence of the thermal dependency of cellular metabolism. However, the adaptive molecular mechanisms that respond to variation in temperatures remain unclear. To elucidate temperature-dependent gene expression in the developing amniote brain, we performed RNA seq analysis of chick neural progenitors cultured at different temperature conditions (30úC or 37úC).
