Comparison of T-SPOT.TB test results by microscopy and ELISPOT plate imager

T-SPOT.TB test results read by technicians using microscopy and by an ELISPOT plate imager were compared in this study. Between January and November 2018, a total of 1,423 samples from 1,343 individuals were tested by the T-SPOT.TB at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital. Qualitative test results and the spot count in each tube (panel A, panel B, nil control, and positive control) were included in the raw datasets.
