This project aimed to interrogate the dynamic effects of microglia NLRP3 and A2AR on cortex transcriptome post traumatic brain injury. Microglial NLRP3 or A2AR conditional knockout and their littermate control mice were used and cortex were harvested at 0, 1 d, 3 d and 7 d post injury following by RNA sequencing.
