资源简介:
Gut microbiota dysbiosis is one of the most important characters of patients with NAFLD. Dysbiosis of gut microbiota hemostasis participates in the development and progression of NAFLD. However, the role of abnormal abundance of bacteria in the development of NAFLD remains incompletely understood. Bacteria-derived miRNA size small RNAs (msRNAs) serves a role in cross talk between bacteria to bacteria and bacteria to host. The role of bacteria-derived msRNAs in the host lipid metabolism is still yet to be explored. In our present study, we reported the relative abundance of Escherichiashigella was associated with body weight, severity of hepatic inflammation, and fibrosis in NAFLD patients. E.Fergusonni, a member of Escherichia, induced hepatic steatosis and disturbed host lipid metabolism in a rat model. E.Fergusonni inhibited hepatic lipid beta-oxidation and promoted de novo lipogenesis. E.Fergusonni derived msRNA 23487 downregulated host hepatic PPARalpha expression levels which contributed to the lipid accumulation in liver.
