Targeted resequencing of a subset of innate immune genes showing variable hepatic expression in healthy pigs. The sequencing served to discover novel variants and genotype the sequenced population. The sequencing data can inform the diversity of the innate immune system of healthy pigs, and can be combined with expression data for eQTL analysis.
