[The 2021 excavation](https://www.cdas.info/PrioryPark2021.html) took place between Tuesday 31st August and Tuesday 14th September 2021. A trench approximately 15m by 5m was excavated to expose an area between and including the southern wall of Building 2 and the northern walls of Building 3, immediately to the west of the [area investigated in 2019](https://www.cdas.info/PrioryPark2019.html).
