S_EMC

This dataset is provided by Erasmus Medical Center (EMC), which contains HR-NMIBC whole slide images (WSI) from multi-center cohorts for predicting the therapeutic response to Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG). The dataset has comprehensive annotations covering tissue types, artifacts, tumor grading and staging, among others. Additionally, it includes clinical variables such as gender, age, smoking status, tumor grade, tumor stage, presence of carcinoma in situ, tumor size and focality. Involving 453 patients and 503 whole slide images, the core task of this dataset is to predict the therapeutic response to BCG.
