We use GAMMA software to process Sentinel-1 SLC data and generate InSAR data. After converting the data into UTM coordinates, we use LiCSBAS to perform the time-series analysis, and the resulting HDF files are imported to MATLAB to perform the time-dependent inversion. MATLAB source codes are available.
