Dissolved inorganic carbon and total alkalinity data from the Porcupine Abyssal Plain Sustained Observatory: 14th April to 1st May 2017, on DY077.

The Porcupine Abyssal Plain Sustained Observatory (PAP-SO) is sited in the North East Atlantic Ocean and is run by the National Oceanography Centre (NOC). This dataset comprises dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) and total alkalinity (TA) data from the Porcupine Abyssal Plain Sustained Observatory: 15th April to 26th April 2017, on DY077. This inorganic carbon dataset was measured using a VindTA at the NOC, Southampton in November 2017. It includes both bottle CTD samples and those collected underway. This data set is part of a time series of parameters measured each year at the PAP-SO, in part to validate surface pCO2 measurements.
