Virtual office in the Metaverse -AGORA project Training Young Researchers on Shaping Metaverse for Business and Social Value

This dataset was collected for a pilot study conducted as part of the AGORA project (Training Young Researchers on Shaping Metaverse for Business and Social Value), and specifically the "Virtual Office in the Metaverse". The research explores how professional identity, ownership, and status are constructed and negotiated within virtual office environments. Semi-structured interviews were selected as method of data collection, appropriate given the pilot nature of the project and its aim to unfold participants’ experiences. The dataset includes the interview guide with protocol and sample questions, data description, initial thematic analysis of the interviews, participant demographics table, and a preliminary thematic map illustrating key emerging themes.
