Dataset for "The development and application of a nematode biofluid peptidomics pipeline for novel bioactive discovery"

This dataset provides the full lists of peptides detected in nematode biofluids (Body cavity fluid and excretory-secretory products) via LC-MS/MS. The dataset was created on the 2024,09,27 and is linked to the PhD thesis "Development and application of a nematode biofluid peptidomics pipeline for novel bioactive discovery".

This dataset provides the full list of nematode biofluid peptides detected when raw LC-MS/MS datasets were searched against custom in-house produced databases via PEAKS studio X. Peptides are reported at both a 1% FDR and P-value < 0.01.

This dataset could be useful for other researchers to allow for comparisons to other nematode biofluid peptidomic datasets and facilitate identification of common/novel bioactive peptides which may further inform parasite control approaches.

Dataset is embargoed until 31 December 2025.
