资源简介:
Severe congenital neutropenia (SCN), is a rare autosomal recessive genetic disorder that is characterized by low absolute neutrophil counts (ANC) (<0.5Ã10E9/l) in the peripheral blood which can be managed by treatment with recombinant granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF). Although, the most patients benefit from G-CSF therapy, they frequently present with recurrent infections including periodontal disease. The aim of the present study was to evaluate salivary oral microbiome in patients with SCN.
