In this Supplementary Dataset you will find:
meshes_for_FEA.zip: the .stl files used as input to Hypermesh for the Finite Element AnalysesR-script_data.zip: a folder containing (i: Ferreira_et_al-SciRep.R) the R script used for the geometric morphometric analyses, calculation of average stress per element, and plotting figures; (ii) .stl and .pts files containing the landmark data for Proganochelys and Proterochersis; (iii: turtle_landm-1.csv) the original landmark dataset used in Stayton et al. (2018); (iv: species_data.csv) habitat and classification data for the species analysed (v: all-data.RData) the RData object.Stress-per-element-: four zip folders containing the stress values for each element in the four taxa analysed.
