we performed transcriptome analysis to confirm Spike/RBD-triggered MC degranulation-induced inflammation in microvascular endothelial cells. The culture supernatant of Spike/RBD-treated LAD2 cells were harvested and used to treat HULEC-5a cells for 24 h, then transcriptome in HULEC-5a cells were analyzed using standard protocols. Data from 5 independent repeats were summarized.
