Data from: Molecular signatures of introgressive divergence and selection in contact zones of closely related pine species (<i>Pinus </i>genus)

The data is comprised of a .RDS R file containing adegenet's genind object, which includes genomic data of 1558 individuals derived from pure Polish populations of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris), dwarf mountain pine (Pinus mugo) and hybrid populations of those two species (Bór na Czerwonem, Błędne Skały and Torfowisko pod Zieleńcem). The genomic data was generated using Axiom_PineGAP SNP array. Out of 49,829 SNPs, 7,390 markers were selected after filtering - derived mainly from functional regions of nuclear genome.
