Supporting data for "Antifungal susceptibilities of emerging and novel filamentous fungal pathogens"

The thesis "Antifungal susceptibilities of emerging and novel filamentous fungal pathogens" focused on two things: (1) the molecular identification of fungal isolates to species level, and (2) antifungal susceptibility profiles of these isolates. <br> This dataset contains the raw sequencing data in fasta format and the processed sequencing results (displayed as phylogenetic trees in nwk format), as well as the antifungal susceptibility testing results of each fungal isolates in an excel.
