Web Experience hosted by the Idaho Department of Water Resources to view FEMA flood hazard areas in Idaho. The National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL) is provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) found here is the official, authoritative data source for the regulation of floodplain development. In areas of Idaho where DFIRM has not been established, data from scanned and digitized paper Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) may be available. This data can be used to inform local regulations and planning. The Idaho Scanned Digitized FIRM Data layers are the most current information available.
