Human Brain Transcriptome (HBT) is a public database established by the Department of Neurobiology at Yale School of Medicine, which contains transcriptomic data and associated metadata for human developing and adult brains. This database provides genome-wide and exon-level transcriptomic data from over 1,340 brain tissue samples spanning from embryonic development to adulthood, covering 16 brain regions across diverse sexes and racial groups. The HBT project was funded by the National Institutes of Health of the United States under grant number U01MH081896.
