We took soil samples from the Gannan navel orange orchard without Citrus bacterial canker disease in GanZhou, Jiangxi Province, hoping to find a strategy to prevent citrus canker from the perspective of microorganisms, Pantoea sp. Q210 strain was isolated from the soil, and after experiments, it was found that Q210 can significantly inhibit the growth of the citrus canker pathogen - Xanthomonas citri subsp. Citri, so we want to use whole genome sequencing to analyze the mechanism of Q210 inhibition of citrus canker and develop a new green pesticide for the prevention and control of citrus canker.
