GPCR signaling contributes to immune characteristics of microenvironment and process of EBV-induced lymphomagenesis

Natural killer T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is an aggressive and heterogeneous lymphoid neoplasm of natural killer or cytotoxic T cells in association with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. In the present study, we performed a comprehensive proteogenomic characterization of 112 NKTCL, incorporating genomics, transcriptomics, and deep-scale proteomics.
